Our Trade-In Program allows you to send in your preloved / used items in exchange for store credit to shop directly on our website.

How It Works!
Rules & Regulations
Please read the following rules and regulations carefully before submitting your items.
Submission Requirements
- A minimum of 5 items is required per submission.
- Items must be in clean, wearable condition, free from stains, damage, or strong odors.
- We currently only accept women's clothing (no accessories, shoes, or kidswear at this time).
- All submissions must include:
- Full name
- Valid phone number and email address
- Description of each item (brand, size, and condition)
- Clear photos of each item
Accepted Items
- Gently used women’s clothing in good condition (no stains, holes, or heavy wear)
- Seasonally relevant styles (we may decline items that are outdated or off-season)
We do not accept:
- Fast fashion knock-offs or fakes.
- Accessories, shoes, or kidswear
- Items with noticeable damage, discoloration, or pilling
Store Credit Policy
- You will receive your store credit in the form of a Second Bloom digital voucher.
- Credit is calculated based on brand, quality, style, and resell potential of each approved item.
- Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Your credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If only some items are approved, you’ll receive store credit for those pieces.
You’ll receive 50% of the final selling price of each approved item in the form of store credit, once it’s listed on our website.
For any items we can’t accept, whether due to wear, damage, or if they simply don’t match the description or photo, you’ll still have two options:
- We can send the unapproved items back to you (you’ll just need to cover the return shipping)
- Or, if you prefer not to receive them back, we’ll add a 50 EGP goodwill credit per unapproved item to your store credit voucher.
It's our way of keeping things fair while thanking you for being part of the Second Bloom community.
Shipping & Drop-Off
- Once your items are approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping.
- Shipping costs are currently covered by the sender. Please pack items securely to avoid damage.
- Items must be received within 7 days of approval to finalize your trade-in and issue your credit.
Rights & Final Decision
- Second Bloom reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted item at our sole discretion.
- We also reserve the right to determine the final store credit value for each item based on our internal assessment.
- Items that are not approved will not be returned unless specifically requested and return shipping is covered by the sender.
- By submitting items, you agree to these terms and give us the right to handle your pieces according to our process.
