Return Policy

Open Package Policy
When your order arrives, the courier will wait up to 10 minutes for you to open, inspect, and try on your items. If the size doesn't fit or you're unsatisfied, you can return the item directly to the courier - just note that shipping fees will apply.

14-Day Return Window
If you decide to return an item after the courier has left, you have 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your return, the original delivery fee, return shipping cost, and a LE 25 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed via Instapay within 5–7 business days.

Return Conditions

All returned items must:

  • Have the Second Bloom tag intact
  • Be in original, unworn condition
  • Be returned in original packaging

No Exchanges
We don't process exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.

Soirée Dresses
Soirée dresses are final sale and not eligible for returns, but may be tried on while the courier is present during the Open Package period.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Inspect your items during the Open Package period. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, notify the courier immediately and contact us at hello@secondbloom.shop — we'll make it right.

Fair Use
This policy exists to ensure a fair experience for all customers. We reserve the right to limit returns for customers who frequently misuse this policy.
