Open Package Policy
At Second Bloom, we offer an Open Package Policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Once your order arrives, the courier will wait for up to 10 minutes, allowing you to open the package, inspect the items, and even try them on.
If you are unsatisfied, or if the size does not fit, you can return the items directly to the courier. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees in such cases.
Important Details for Returns
- Returns are only allowed under the Open Package Policy. Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
- All returned items must have the Second Bloom ticket intact, be in their original condition, and packaged as received.
- Final sale items, such as dresses, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items thoroughly during the Open Package period. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at support@secondbloom.shop with the following details:

- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Item(s) being returned
- Exact delivery address
