Are items on Second Bloom new or thrifted?
All items at Second Bloom are thrifted, carefully curated for their quality and condition. While the wear may vary between pieces, we have a rigorous selection process to ensure each item meets our high standards. We guarantee that no item shows significant wear or damage. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we proudly offer a refund.
Is it safe and clean to buy thrifted / secondhand clothes?
Definitely! At Second Bloom, we prioritize quality and hygiene in every piece we offer. Each garment is carefully inspected and professionally cleaned to ensure it’s fresh, sanitized, and ready for you to wear. Thrifting is on the rise in Egypt, and we’re proud to make sustainable, stylish fashion accessible.
How do you select the items sold on Second Bloom?
Our dedicated team thoroughly inspects and handpicks each item from trusted, renowned brands. We ensure that every piece meets our criteria for style, quality, and condition, giving you the best in second-hand fashion.
How do I know my size?
Please refer to the size chart provided by the brand of the item, such as Zara, H&M, or others. Since we only sell branded second-hand clothes, the sizing will follow the original brand’s guidelines.
Are the clothes in good condition?
Yes! We carefully select and inspect each item to ensure it’s in excellent condition, so you can enjoy thrifted pieces that look and feel like new. With Second Bloom, you’re not just getting a great deal—you’re also getting high-quality, stylish clothing you can trust.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver to all cities and provinces within Egypt. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our order fulfilment typically takes from 3 to 7 business days.
What is Second Bloom's refund policy?
At Second Bloom, we follow an Open Package Policy. This means you can open your package, inspect the items, and try them on while the courier waits (up to 10 minutes). If you’re unsatisfied or the size doesn’t fit, you can return the items directly to the courier. You’ll only need to cover the shipping fees.
Please note that once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted. Refunds are issued as store credit only, and all returned items must have the Second Bloom ticket intact, be in their original condition, and packaged as received.
