Finance & Accounting Manager

Full-Time Remote

You will own the numbers behind Second Bloom: monthly close, reconciliation across our sales, payment, and shipping platforms, and the reporting that helps us make informed decisions as we grow. We are looking for someone with real, proven experience, not an entry level fit.

What you will do

Process and pack daily orders with care and attention to detail
Handle returns and exchanges, keeping communication clear and kind
Inspect, sort, and prepare garments for listing
Coordinate with our shipping partners to keep deliveries on track
Keep inventory organized and accurate

What we are looking for

Based in or able to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with hands-on, physical day-to-day work
Good communication skills, especially handling customer returns
Prior experience in retail, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus

What you will do

Own the monthly close and financial reporting
Reconcile transactions across our sales, payment, and shipping platforms
Track cash flow, margins, and key financial metrics
Support budgeting and financial planning as we grow
Flag risks and opportunities before they become problems

What we are looking for

Extensive, proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally in retail or e-commerce
Strong command of numbers and financial reporting standards
Comfortable working independently and remotely
High attention to detail and integrity handling sensitive financial data
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a professional certification is a plus
