To qualify, items must:
- Have the Second Bloom tag intact
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
Fees: Return shipping, the original delivery fee, and a LE 25 handling fee are deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed via Instapay within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
No exchanges, each order is processed separately. Simply return and place a new order.
