Returns & Refund Policy
At Second Bloom, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if it’s right for you. To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@secondbloom.shop with your order details.Please note:For all returns, you are responsible for both the original delivery fee and the return shipping cost. In addition, a handling fee of 25 EGP will be applied to each return request.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via Instapay within 3–5 business days.
We will refund your payment after deducting the original delivery fee, the cost of return shipping, and a 25 EGP handling fee.
